BY CLICKING ON THE "RESERVE VEHICLE" BUTTON, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THESE TERMS AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM.
1. Agreement to Purchase.
Vehicle Production Group LLC ("VPG" or "We") agrees to sell, and client ("Client" or "You") agree to purchase a [GPS consumer electronics device] (the "GPS Device") for the premium promotional price of $99.00, because you have expressed an interest in purchasing an MV-1 automotive vehicle (a "Vehicle"). You will be contacted by a customer representative of VPG, who will collect payment for the GPS Device, and also by a local VPG dealer or certain third party business partners about becoming one of the first purchasers of a vehicle.
2. Our Use of Your Personal Information.
In order to send you the GPS Device and provide certain information relating to your possible purchase of a Vehicle we have asked you to provide certain personal information including your name, address and telephone number.
What We Will Do With Your Personal Information
We will use your personal information to allow our VPG sales representatives or local VPG dealer to contact you. Additionally, we will provide your personal information to certain third parties who may contact you about your possible purchase of a Vehicle. By agreeing to these Terms you expressly acknowledge and agree to our use of your personal information for these purposes.
What We Will Not Do With Your Personal Information
We will not sell or distribute your personal information to any third party for any purpose other than relating to your purchase of the GPS Device or a Vehicle.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties.
YOUR USE OF THE GPS DEVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE GPS DEVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" SUBJECT ONLY TO THE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTIES.
4. Limitation of Liability.
VPG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES. YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR ANY BREACH OF THESE TERMS BY VPG WILL BE A REFUND OF THE MONEY YOU HAVE PAID FOR THE PURCHASE OF THE GPS DEVICE.
5. General.
These Terms incorporate the provisions of our website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and will be governed by the same. To the extent that there is a conflict between any of these Terms and the website Terms of Use or Privacy Policy, these Terms will control. These Terms are void and of no effect in any jurisdiction where they are prohibited under relevant law. You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to purchase the GPS Device. If you are not at least eighteen (18) years old please exit this screen immediately and DO NOT ACCEPT these Terms.
